This week's theme at Photo Time is 'cabin fever.' It's been so cold here lately and I've only been going outside to go to work or other necessary places. Today the sun was shining and I was sitting at my computer working on something when suddenly, I had the urge to go out and take some pictures. This picture was taken on the Saginaw river; I also got a couple more good shots, which I will share at a later date. SO, here is my submission for this week's theme, 'cabin fever.'

Yes, it was a bit of a challenge, but that's a good thing! And this is what I came up with for this week's theme at Photo Time...the theme is 'superficial.' The wood is only superficial....it's not solid.

Finally, my submission for this week's theme at Photo Time; 'macro'.........I actually had something else in mind but it didn't turn out the way I thought it would; I took this one at my parents' house the day after Christmas.....Yum! Chexmix! She makes the best!
